PAYMENT OF PART FEE of 96000 at GGSIPU PORTAL BY DEADLINE

Note: Failure to pay Part Academic Fee (96000) in due Time shall lead to cancellation of allocated seat.

REPORTING TO INSTITUTE : Aug 22 to Aug 24, 2024   (Including Saturday)
TIME :  10:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Important Instructions to be followed for Registration:

  1. Newly Admitted students will be issued Students’ files and Forms in the Reception Area .
  2. After completing the file, student will proceed to the Staff/faculty member available on the help desk for further steps in Counselling Room of BMIET.
  3. Payment of Remaining Academic Fee in BMIET Account Office or through Online Fee Payment System/Bank Transfer/ UPI / Demand Draft (as per below details)
  4. Proceed back to Counselling room for final verification of the documents and signature of the faculty member on the file, the student will leave the venue as the registration process is over.

  1. ADMIT CARD OF JEE MAINS-2024 (B.Tech.) / CET – 2024 (BBA/ Lateral Entry)
  2. COPY OF RESULT SHOWING JEE MAINS-2024 RANK (B.Tech.) or CET Rank (BBA and Lateral Entry).
  3. SEAT ALLOTMENT LETTER
  4. REGISTRATION FEES , Counselling Fees , Part Academic Fee Receipts
  5. 10TH AND 12TH CLASS MARKSHEET
  6. Diploma Certificate for Lateral Entry Candidates
  7. CHARACTER CUM PROVISIONAL CERTIFICATE
  8. CASTE CERTIFICATE (IF APPLICABLE)
  9. GAP YEAR AFFIDAVIT (IF APPLICABLE) AS PER ADMISSION BROCHURE OF GGSIP UNIVERSITY.
  10. FOUR RECENT PHOTOGRAPHS
  11. MEDICAL CERTIFICATE AS PER ADMISSION BROCHURE PROVIDED BY GGSIP UNIVERSITY.
  12. COPY OF AADHAR CARD.
  13. UNDERTAKING BY THE STUDENT AND PARENTS WITH RESPECT TO ANTI RAGGING (AS PRESCRIBED IN THE ADMISSION BROCHURE PROVIDED BY GGSIP UNIVERSITY)
  14. RECEIPT OF THE REMAINNING ACADEMIC FEE PAID FOR THE ACADEMIC SESSION 2024-25.

GGSIPU Counselling Updates

  • IP Counselling result for Round 1 declared on 6th July, 2024 , check your allotment at https://ipu.admissions.nic.in/
  • Cut – Offs for BMIET (BM Institute of Engineering and Technology are availaible at https://landing.bmiet.net/cut-offs/
  • Note: After the allotment , the candidates will have to pay part academic fee of 96000/- to confirm the allotment by 9th July (2PM), to confirm allotment and/or participation in subsequent rounds of counselling, failing which , the candidate will loose any claim to seat and also not considered further for any subsequent rounds of counselling, even if wishes to

JEE Main 2024 Updates

JEE (Main) is conducted in Two Sessions (January/April). A candidate can appear for one Session or both Sessions. Session 1 held between 27th Jan and 1st Feb 24 and Session 2 in April 2024 (between 04-09 April 2024).
