REPORTING TO INSTITUTE : Aug 22 to Aug 24, 2024   (Including Saturday)

Important Instructions to be followed for Registration:

1. Newly Admitted students will be issued Students’ files and Forms in the Reception Area .
2. After completing the file, student will proceed to the Staff/faculty member available on the help desk.
3. Payment of Remaining Academic Fee in BMIET Account Office or through Online Fee Payment System/Bank Transfer/ UPI / Demand Draft (as per below details)
4. Proceed back to Counselling room for final verification of the documents and signature of the faculty member on the file, the student will leave the venue as the registration process is over.

Documents Required

1. ADMIT CARD OF JEE MAINS (B.Tech.) / CET – 2024 (BBA, BCA/ Lateral Entry)
2. COPY OF RESULT SHOWING JEE MAINS RANK (B.Tech.) or CET Rank (BBA, BCA and Lateral Entry).
3. REGISTRATION FEES , Counselling Fees , Part Academic Fee Receipts
4. 10TH AND 12TH CLASS MARKSHEET , Diploma Certificate for Lateral Entry Candidates
5. CHARACTER CUM PROVISIONAL CERTIFICATE
6. CASTE CERTIFICATE (IF APPLICABLE)
7. GAP YEAR AFFIDAVIT (IF APPLICABLE) AS PER ADMISSION BROCHURE OF GGSIP UNIVERSITY.
8. FOUR RECENT PHOTOGRAPHS
9. MEDICAL CERTIFICATE AS PER ADMISSION BROCHURE PROVIDED BY GGSIP UNIVERSITY.
10. COPY OF AADHAR CARD.
11. UNDERTAKING BY THE STUDENT AND PARENTS WITH RESPECT TO ANTI RAGGING (AS PRESCRIBED IN THE ADMISSION BROCHURE PROVIDED BY GGSIP UNIVERSITY)
12. RECEIPT OF THE REMAINNING ACADEMIC FEE PAID FOR THE ACADEMIC SESSION 2024-25.
